ebm-papst Axial Giants feature EC-Systems™ and completely integrated drive and control electronics. Our five bladed axial fans feature an innovative 'winglet' which address the noise created by turbulence across the blade tips, use as little as 1/3 the energy of standard AC motors, and reduce wasted energy. Axial fans are used in situations where a large volume of air is required to flow against a relatively low resistance. The ebm-papst design combines the superior life, versatility and motor efficiency of an EC drive with substantial acoustic benefit and aerodynamic efficiency. Applications that prioritize these benefits and can make use of the available featurer set - including speed modulation via external sensor or controller, integrated PID controller, alarm relay output, master/slave control and diagnostics - will gain the rewards from our EC Axial Fans.
